The Micro Volume UV-Vis Spectrophotometer features a built-in 7-inch color touchscreen and performs all detection functions without needing a computer. It offers a full spectral range (190–800nm) for accurate analysis of DNA, RNA, proteins, and more. Its intuitive Android-based interface allows for easy standalone operation.
Requiring only 0.5–2μL sample volumes, it accurately measures high-concentration samples without dilution. The Xenon flash lamp provides instant start-up and exceptional stability with a long operating life.
Fluorescence Detection Module
The advanced SPT-NanoF model includes a fluorescence module. Used with fluorescence quantitation kits, it enables high-sensitivity detection of DNA, RNA, and protein via fluorophore-tagged binding reactions.
