Shipping
Ground shipping is always FREE at Maxi Scientific, no minimum purchase amount required! We also offer the option to purchase expedited shipping, in case you need something really soon, simply reach out to us for a quote!
We require our awesome customers to pay for freight and rush shipments (because those are usually more money than our margins), but even so, we ALWAYS work to get you the best rates!
NOTE: we do not ship to PO Boxes
Returns
Bought something and it's not working out for you? We'll take back nearly everything within 30 days, and if it was your first order with us we'll even cover the return shipping (as long as the quantity per item doesn't exceed 1)! This excludes items which need to be shipped either via freight, or in a cold environment/container.
Sterile items should be in their original packaging, unopened/pierced (watch where you put that box cutter).

P.S. yes, there are always exceptions to rules; our goal is to make you do nothing but SMILE all day, so send us an email and we'll help you out!
Return Shipping
We will pay for return GROUND shipping (we can't pay for freight returns; we always do our best to make sure that what you're buying is just what you need!) in general (some exceptional cases apply).
However, we know that going through the return process is time-consuming, so we’ll happily provide you with samples, and as much information as we possibly can, to ensure that you’re ordering exactly what you need!
