Ground shipping is always FREE, no minimums required! Every. Single. Time! (because we know that people don't like paying for 3 things: 1) shipping; 2) parking; 3) dressings with your salad)

We only sell in large/bulk quantities. That allows us to provide better pricing per-item. Every. Single. Time!

All of our prices have been carefully calculated to ensure that you'll always be getting a GREAT price (concierge service comes for FREE!), and include the shipping costs as well (except for freight/rush shipping)! Every. Single. Time!

We don't ship internationally...we support the wonderful country in which we live!
- ALL orders should be placed via the website, or by emailing clientservices@maxisci.com; we don't take phone orders (so that both of us can have a record of the order placement, we find this is easier for our customers!)
- We will accept Purchase Orders ONLY if the account is not 30 days or more past-due. If your account is 30 days or more past due please contact us in order to pay your balance, to continue placing orders via POs.

How much do you charge for shipping?
$0 for Ground shipping; we do charge for freight and rush shipping, but we still make sure to get the BEST possible rates for our customers! All day, every day!
Why don't you give discounts?
Because we want all of our customers to be successful! If someone believes in getting discounts from a vendor, they'll also discount their own products to their customers...which is a never-ending race to the bottom. Instead, we carefully calculate all of our prices to make sure that our customers will be getting a GREAT price up-front, including ALWAYS FREE shipping, and don't have to waste time going back-and-forth negotiating over a couple dollars!
How are your prices so good?
We try as much as we can to get all of our products directly from the original manufacturers, in order to provide the BEST prices, and also the BEST service to our customers! (so that there's one less company in the chain to have to communicate with).
Even so, we aren't the lowest prices around, simply because having the lowest price usually comes along with a lower-quality product, or level of service. And we don't ever compromise on either of those two things!
