At Maxi Scientific, you can rest assured that ordering is EASY and FUN, every single time! Whether you add items to your cart and checkout with a credit card or you email us a PO*, the process is simple and straightforward:

    1) you'll get an order confirmation email showing what you ordered and how much you paid for the items

    2) you'll get another email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out

          2a) if you ordered with a PO, you'll get an Invoice emailed to you when your items ship as well (instead of on the day that you placed your order)!

    3) you'll receive your items! Time to have an early happy hour (because you don't have to spend as much time tracking down lost/late orders)!

 

That's it! No complicated processes, no hidden fees, no lame rewards programs (did you check ours out yet? It's pretty sweet!)!

 

Here's what we'll do for you:

    1) we'll make sure that our suppliers ship your order promptly!

    2) we'll notify you of any shipping delays/back-orders usually within an hour of your order being placed!

    3) in the very-rare event that an item you ordered needs to be returned due to damage, we'll provide you with a shipping label (cost on us!) and get another product shipped out to you ASAP!

    4) we'll be here for ANY questions (we LOVE questions!) that you'll have either through our chat widget on our site, or at clientservices@maxisci.com!

    5) (if you ordered with a PO) we'll send your Invoice to your AP email address

NOTE: we also accept standing orders, in the form of a PO with the specifications outlined within!

 

*we accept POs for NET0, NET15 and NET30 terms (pending credit approval). An extra charge of 30% will be added to POs with NET60 terms.
