Ground shipping is always FREE at Maxi Scientific, no minimum purchase amount required! We also offer the option to purchase expedited shipping, in case you need something really soon, either click the option at checkout, or reach out to us for a quote!
We require our customers to pay for freight and rush shipments but even so, we ALWAYS work to get you the best rates available!
NOTE: we do not ship to PO Boxes
Returns
Bought something and it's not working out for you? We'll take back nearly everything within 30 days, and if it was your first order with us we'll even cover the return shipping (as long as the quantity per item doesn't exceed 1)! This excludes items which need to be shipped either via freight, or in a cold environment/container.
Sterile items should be in their original packaging, unopened/pierced (watch where you put that box cutter!).
