    • Vial Crimpers

    Vial crimpers in this category are VialMAX manual hand tools that seal aluminum crimp caps onto vials. Two models are listed: one vial crimper for 11mm aluminum vial caps and one for 20mm aluminum vial caps. Both are built from stainless steel.

    The 11mm vial cap crimper fits the small crimp-top vials used in GC and HPLC autosampler runs. The 20mm vial crimper closes larger vials common in headspace GC. Match the crimper to the cap diameter, since each tool fits one size only.
