This high density C18 phase based on high purity NUCLEODUR silica gel with its endcapping suppresses any unwanted polar interactions between the silica surface and the sample, which makes “Gravity” particularly suitable for the separation of basic and other ionizable analytes. Due to the enhanced pH stability, LC/MS suitability and superior base deactivation (BDS) it is a perfect choice for method development and valuable for RP applications.
